What we stock
The bread and butter here is DDR4 RDIMMs in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB across the 2400 to 3200 speed grades, with DDR5 RDIMMs arriving as refresh cycles push them onto the secondary market. LRDIMMs and ECC UDIMMs move through regularly too.
Quotes are itemized by full manufacturer part number: M393A2K40CB2-CTD, not “16GB DDR4.” Rank and organization matter as much as capacity when you are filling channels. The part number is what gets priced, and it is exactly what arrives.
New and used are both quoted; say which you want, or ask for both numbers. Matched lots — one part number, one speed, one rank across the lot — slot straight into builds, and we quote them that way.
Reading the label
Every module carries its own spec. This is 16GB 2Rx4 PC4-2666V-RB2 taken apart:

- Capacity Per module, not per kit.
- 2Rx4
- Ranks × organization Two ranks of x4 DRAM. A 2Rx4 and a 2Rx8 at the same capacity are not interchangeable on every platform.

- Generation PC4 is DDR4, PC5 is DDR5.

- Speed grade Data rate in MT/s. Mixed speeds clock down to the slowest module installed.
- V
- CAS latency code Manufacturer timing bin.
- R
- Module type R registered, L load-reduced, E unbuffered ECC, U unbuffered non-ECC.
