ABOUT
About Kernamic
Kernamic is a wholesale distributor of server memory and enterprise IT hardware. The name is a registered fictitious name of Chung Capital LLC. We operate from South Florida and trade with buyers and sellers across the United States.
This page covers how we work and how to verify us, the two things worth knowing before a first order.
What we trade
Server memory is the core of the business: DDR4 and DDR5 RDIMMs, LRDIMMs, and other ECC modules, new and used. If you buy this hardware you already think in part numbers like M393A2K40CB2-CTD and label markings like 2Rx4 PC4-2666V-RB2. So do we. The server memory page covers the category in more detail.
The rest of the line: enterprise SSDs in SATA, SAS, and NVMe, plus servers, chassis, and server-class CPUs. Inventory rotates, so quotes come from what is on the shelf at the moment you ask, not from a static catalog. We buy in the same categories we sell.
How we operate
Kernamic does business under Chung Capital LLC, a Florida company. The operation is deliberately direct: inquiries go straight to the people who price and source the inventory, and pricing decisions are made on the spot rather than passed up a chain.
For the refurbishers, ITAD firms, and data center operators we sell to, that directness matters. Whoever quotes your deal has the authority to set the price, and the same company that quotes an order also ships it, invoices it, and answers for it if something goes wrong. One counterparty, accountable for the whole transaction.
How a deal actually works
Buying from us: send part numbers, capacities, speeds, and quantities to sales@kernamic.com. You get pricing and availability from current stock. You do not need an account to get a number, and approved purchase orders ship on net-30 terms.
Selling to us: send a list with part numbers, quantities, and condition, plus photos, to purchasing@kernamic.com, or start from the sell page. We reply with a quote. Accept it and we send shipping instructions, then issue payment once your shipment arrives.
Yes, that means you ship before you get paid. Payment on arrival is standard in the secondary hardware trade. It is also exactly the kind of arrangement you should scrutinize before agreeing to it.
What to check before wiring money to any broker
This advice applies to us as much as to anyone. If Kernamic is new to you, we would rather you verify first and trade with confidence.
Verify the entity
The Kernamic fictitious name is on file with the Florida Division of Corporations, and the filing names Chung Capital LLC as the owner. Sunbiz search is free. A counterparty you cannot find in a state registry is a counterparty you skip.
Call the number
Call (954) 278-9810 and ask about the parts on your quote. A capable supplier can discuss part numbers, condition, and availability in specifics, and we welcome that conversation.
Start small
Size the first transaction so a total loss would be annoying rather than damaging. A broker worth working with earns larger orders over time and will not pressure you to go big on day one.
Get it in writing
Part numbers, condition, price, who pays freight, when payment is due. An email thread is enough. Terms that are vague before money moves do not get clearer afterward.
How to reach us
sales@kernamic.com if you are buying. purchasing@kernamic.com if you are selling. (954) 278-9810 for either, or for anything that is faster to resolve on a call.
The fastest way to a useful reply is a message with part numbers and quantities in it.
