Kernamic is a registered fictitious name of Chung Capital LLC (“Kernamic,” “we,” “us”), a wholesale distributor of server memory and enterprise IT hardware operating from South Florida. This policy describes what information we collect through kernamic.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit our quote or sell forms, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of what you want to buy or sell. If you contact us by email or phone, we collect the information you share in those communications. The site has no user accounts and collects nothing else about you.
Cookies and analytics
kernamic.com does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies and records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and offers, arrange shipping and payment, and keep ordinary business records. Form submissions are delivered to our sales and purchasing email inboxes.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising. Information is shared only with the service providers that operate the site and deliver our email, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep correspondence and transaction information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and for ordinary business record-keeping.
